After ten fruitful years with one of San Francisco City's top mid-sized architecture firms, James Wallace established his own business as Principal of James Architects, PLLC. He has worked with others on a real estate condominium-resort development in New York and California, in addition to recent residential renovations in Idaho, Washington, and Florida.

James holds licenses in CA, NY, FL, ID, WA, and OH and is NCARB Certified. He is also a member of the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art and the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

At the University of Idaho, where he also taught construction technology, James received a Master of Architecture. James is also a Rowan University graduate with an Advanced Professional Certificate in Real Estate Development.
